Basically, please note that you must be in Japan when making a reservation by phone as payment is required within 10 days of the reservation date.
Tickets for certain performances can be reserved only via a special telephone number. Please check the ticket information page for each performance.
Reservations via telephone will be accepted until 15 days before the day of the performance, but details may vary according to each performance. For further information, contact the Bunkamura Ticket Centre.
<How to receive>
[By mail]
First, we will send you a payment slip.
Please pay with the electronic payment application or pay in cash at your local convenience store within the deadline.
After confirming your payment, tickets will be mailed to you by registered mail. (Postal fee 880 yen)
[At the ticket counter]
Please pay at Tokyu Theatre Orb/Bunkamura Ticket Counter (Shibuya Hikarie 2F 11:00-18:00) by cash, credit card or electronic money within the reservation deadline.

* Your reservation will be automatically cancelled after the specified period of payment expires.
* Cancellation and changes will not be accepted after the purchase of the ticket is complete. Be sure to confirm all details before making payment.
* The number of tickets and seat types are limited.
* The program, performers, and start date of ticket sales may change due to unforeseen reasons.

TOKYU THEATRE Orb/Bunkamura Ticket Counter （on the 2nd floor of Shibuya Hikarie 11:00-18:00）
Payment by the following credit cards will be accepted: TOKYU CARD, DC, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, AMEX, UnionPay, Edy, iD, Transportation IC card(Suica, PASMO), and PayPay.

* Cancellation and changes will not be accepted after the purchase of the ticket is complete. Be sure to check all details before making payment.
* The number of tickets and seat types are limited.
* The program, performers, and start date of ticket sales may change due to unforeseen reasons.
* The Ticket Counter is open seven days a week. The opening hours may change during the year-end and New Year period.
