In addition to the above, we have also set up official accounts for performances that we host, exhibitions and events. The official accounts are provided on the websites for performances, exhibitions and events.

Objectives

We use various social media in order to deliver up-to-date information on facilities, performances, exhibitions, movies and events at Bunkamura, TOKYU THEATRE Orb and Cerulean Tower Noh Theatre as widely as possible.

Content

• Information on Orchard Hall, Theatre Cocoon, TOKYU THEATRE Orb, Cerulean Tower Noh Theatre and other facility performances hosted/co-hosted by us (performance details, ticket sales, media appearances, related information, etc.) and sneak peeks at rehearsals and backstage
• Information on movies shown at Le Cinéma
• Information on exhibitions at the Museum
• Information on exhibitions at the Gallery
• Guides to the restaurants, shops and services at Bunkamura
• Notifications of updates to the website
• Other information related to the above that we consider to be needed

We will post the information above in combination with photographs and videos.

About follows and retweets

As a general rule, we do not follow other users or retweet other tweets, but we follow accounts affiliated with associated establishments and events, and retweet related tweets where necessary.

About response to comments and replies

Our social media is used exclusively for disseminating information, and as a general rule we do not respond to comments or replies received. However, we may reply to information about related facilities and events as necessary. Please send us your opinions and questions via telephone, or use the inquiry form on our website.
In addition, we may completely or partially hide, delete or reject comments that are not relevant to our posts and comments that we consider to be inappropriate for our use of social media without consent from the posters.
